Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. There are no accounts or passwords on this site.

What we collect
Only when you send an order: your name, mobile number, governorate and address, plus a delivery time and notes if you add them. That's what we need to confirm and deliver your order, and we ask for nothing else.
What we use it for
To confirm your order with you on WhatsApp, prepare and deliver it, and handle any questions or warranty claims afterwards. We won't send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Who sees it
Only the Al-Seraj Al-Muneer team that handles orders. The courier gets your name, mobile number and address to deliver. We never sell your data or give it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
When you tap "Send order on WhatsApp", the message is sent from your phone through WhatsApp, which is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Cart and favourites
Your cart and favourites are stored on your device only (in the browser), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your room photo
When you try a light on a photo of your room with “Place it” or in 3D, the photo stays on your phone and is never uploaded. Only in the “AI preview” is the photo sent to our server and to the AI service that makes the preview, for that preview alone. We don't keep your original photo, the preview it produces is deleted automatically within 7 days, and your photos are never used for anything else or to train any system.
Statistics and protection
We count page views and how often products are added to the cart or previewed, as totals only, without tracking cookies and without knowing who you are. Cloudflare protects the site and the order form from spam.
How long we keep it
We keep order details as long as they're needed for warranty, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them or strip the personal data.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (except what the law requires us to keep), under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll reply within a week.
